Very disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived during posted business hours and was informed that the office had closed early and they were no longer seeing patients. There was no prior notice, no call back, and no attempt to accommodate my 6 year old sick child untill I asked for names then I was given the option of a telephone call at home. I had called before arriving and spoke with the office manager Jazmin A and was told as long as i was in by 7:30pm I would be seen & although I made it on time I still wasn't seen. I drove a 55 minute drive to get here just not to be seen after all. Healthcare offices should respect patients’ time and schedules. This experience felt unprofessional and dismissive, and unfortunately I would not recommend this office any longer based on how this situation was its very unfortunate because I have had a great experience in the past. When asked to speak to the PA Batiste she wouldn’t even come out to do so she sent her MA Soriah to tell me she didn’t feel good…. Well frankly none of the waiting room does either hence the reason we’re all here! Common courtesy would have been to talk to an upset client… I would have had more sympathy had the respect been given to me personally. Severely disappointed in the customer service provided here where is the emphaty???

I took my son here due to breathing issues, I was given two medications. One for cough & antibiotics. Later I decided to take him to the ER because I was still concerned with his breathing. Come to find out he had pneumonia and had to be admitted into the hospital. That Dr never addressed anything about his breathing & he was wheezing pretty bad.

This was my first time here and i couldn’t be happier with my visit, they took me in right away, listened to my concerns, took my vitals and as soon as I was done with my paperwork the provider saw me, understood my situation with my asthma, assessed me, gave me a breathing treatment and sent out my prescription right away, I have never experienced such a fast and thorough exam, and with my asthma and anxiety agitated it was great to be out so quickly, thank you to the Apple one team for helping me when I was feeling like a fish out of water!

Quick service, but they sent out my son’s urgent medicine to the wrong pharmacy and they also sent it without the parents (me) number. I had to call every Walgreens in my area to find out which one had my sons medication. After finding out which one it was, they informed me that there was no number filed with the medication. I asked the assistant to send it to Walgreens first, but no more than 5 minutes later I asked if she can change it to another clinic that my wife prefers. Dr. B. Is 100% amazing. Thank goodness for that office having her. Her staff and never remembers a person and they'll ask you on a day-to-day basis have you been here before and I have clearly been there several times and then they need to review all my information over again. I've asked them why and they said because they don't have any information on me at all within the last year and I have been to the same clinic for relief because my primary doctor is the worst and I'm waiting for a different referrals and so forth and it's just unprofessional to have to be repetitive and then I have to let the staff know I have been here before can you please just go back and look in my chart look in the system. That's the only part that I find unprofessional but there's no way shape or form that Dr B is unprofessional she is so smart and I've depart with national medicine and all those types of things that makes her very unique.

Staff in the front was very nice, polite & helpful. But the Dr that seen both of my kids didn’t even took 5 minutes to check them what so ever. No medication given but cough meds. Took my kids to their actual provider following day and both kids needed antibiotics. This Dr didn’t even bother to check them properly just because I told him they both tested positive for Influenza A he said it’s a virus it needs to run its course but didn’t bother to ask about their symptoms. It took us longer to register and get a room than what the Dr took to check them.

From check in, to being called into a room and to be seen by the NP did not take long at all. The nurse and all staff members were very kind and professional. Receptionist and billing department are not familiar with knowledge of reading insurance cars. I have PPO plan with no co-pay, they still insist that I pay $85 to see the provider. They never connect with my insurance to verify benefits. The provider and nurse was really nice tho.

The front desk was extremely welcoming and very nice. The male CNA in the back was annoyed, and rude towards my husband, he asked if they can re-take his blood pressure because the first time they checked it, it was high. He responded “we are busy you will have to wait until we see other patients” we are also patients and we payed for our visit. I came in with 2 sick kids a few days later, same customer service. Front desk respectful and very nice, the male CNA in the back same experience he was annoyed I asked any questions, pretty much cut me short, and dismissive. He seems very unhappy in this field and should not be working with sick patients!

I didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor (I’ve gone to other urgent care facilities and the wait time was at least 2 hours). The doctor knew right away what my condition was and the instructions given for the prescription medication that they gave me was easy to understand.
