Thank you Dr. Seto! I've had my life ruined, and been a shut in (scabies are very contagious) for two years because of advavced (crusted/Norwegian) scabies. I've missed two Thanksgivings, two Christmases, couldn't have my 60th birthday party, etc . I've not been able to have any kind of intimate contact what so ever. The first PA F@#$%R I saw diagnosed me as not having sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis (scabies) and deemed me delusional. Every so called medical professional read the notes of the previous F@#$%R, prejudged me and wouldn't listen to me at all. I was quickly patronized, misdiagnosed and kicked to the curb. Dr. James Seto obviously paid attention when he took the Hippocratic oath. He is the only Dr. (out of more than I care to remember) that listened to me and prescribed enough medication to get rid of them! I'm overjoyed with relief! I can start living my life again! I can't thank you enough Dr. Seto for putting a stop to this seemingly never ending nightmare!

The front office personal is excellent service. The doctors service was ok but in my opinion she to cold with the patience she can be more friendly.

Very disappointing experience starting with the lady at the front window. She appeared bothered, avoided eye contact while speaking, and gave direct orders in a very dismissive manner. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Would not go to this urgent care. It is dirty and you sit there for a long time. They say there busy but there in the back talking to each other and eatting. When it came to care waited for a long time just to get denied for sports when. My kid was cleared the beginning of the school year for sports for a school and know he has a new school granted nothing has change she would not clear him.

Very disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived during posted business hours and was informed that the office had closed early and they were no longer seeing patients. There was no prior notice, no call back, and no attempt to accommodate my 6 year old sick child untill I asked for names then I was given the option of a telephone call at home. I had called before arriving and spoke with the office manager Jazmin A and was told as long as i was in by 7:30pm I would be seen & although I made it on time I still wasn't seen. I drove a 55 minute drive to get here just not to be seen after all. Healthcare offices should respect patients’ time and schedules. This experience felt unprofessional and dismissive, and unfortunately I would not recommend this office any longer based on how this situation was its very unfortunate because I have had a great experience in the past. When asked to speak to the PA Batiste she wouldn’t even come out to do so she sent her MA Soriah to tell me she didn’t feel good…. Well frankly none of the waiting room does either hence the reason we’re all here! Common courtesy would have been to talk to an upset client… I would have had more sympathy had the respect been given to me personally. Severely disappointed in the customer service provided here where is the emphaty???

Dr Jacob Bernotas was nice to me, he took quick action to order for me to have same-day X-Ray, and called me to explain the result the soonest after he got the report. I got treatment of urgent care on the same day. Great!

I took my son here due to breathing issues, I was given two medications. One for cough & antibiotics. Later I decided to take him to the ER because I was still concerned with his breathing. Come to find out he had pneumonia and had to be admitted into the hospital. That Dr never addressed anything about his breathing & he was wheezing pretty bad.

Very kind and caring provider. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, was very patient with me. Did not make my care feel rushed at all.

I arrived and checked in at 3:45pm, I sat and watched people with no appointments come in after me get called in within 15 minutes. I didn't get called back until 5:20pm. When I walked in, there were only 4 people in the lobby ahead of me.

I just moved to the area from Lake Forest and I just got my insurance transferred to this area (Riverside) I was researching and came across this urgent care. I am very pleased the two nurses that helped me where super sweet and professional and the doctor was very quick to evaluate me and made me feel better quick im a breast feeding mom and had some concerns he listened and gave me something safe for me and my son . thank you this will be my emergency go to place. This was my first time here and i couldn’t be happier with my visit, they took me in right away, listened to my concerns, took my vitals and as soon as I was done with my paperwork the provider saw me, understood my situation with my asthma, assessed me, gave me a breathing treatment and sent out my prescription right away, I have never experienced such a fast and thorough exam, and with my asthma and anxiety agitated it was great to be out so quickly, thank you to the Apple one team for helping me when I was feeling like a fish out of water!

Quick service, but they sent out my son’s urgent medicine to the wrong pharmacy and they also sent it without the parents (me) number. I had to call every Walgreens in my area to find out which one had my sons medication. After finding out which one it was, they informed me that there was no number filed with the medication. I asked the assistant to send it to Walgreens first, but no more than 5 minutes later I asked if she can change it to another clinic that my wife prefers. The assistant reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem to fix

Even though the Urgent Care seemed pretty busy, I was able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. The doctor recommended I go the an ER for possible appendicitis. I listened to him and sure enough I got an appendectomy the next morning.

Worst experience. I don’t mind waiting to be seen. Once Doctors saw me He said he didn’t know what was wrong with me that I needed to see my primary care doctor. Asked me if wanted to be checked out. Duh! That is reason I went on a Sunday and waited 2 hours. He was in a hurry didn’t even let me explain to him how I was feeling. Just a horrible experience.

Dr. B. Is 100% amazing. Thank goodness for that office having her. Her staff and never remembers a person and they'll ask you on a day-to-day basis have you been here before and I have clearly been there several times and then they need to review all my information over again. I've asked them why and they said because they don't have any information on me at all within the last year and I have been to the same clinic for relief because my primary doctor is the worst and I'm waiting for a different referrals and so forth and it's just unprofessional to have to be repetitive and then I have to let the staff know I have been here before can you please just go back and look in my chart look in the system. That's the only part that I find unprofessional but there's no way shape or form that Dr B is unprofessional she is so smart and I've depart with national medicine and all those types of things that makes her very unique.

Staff in the front was very nice, polite & helpful. But the Dr that seen both of my kids didn’t even took 5 minutes to check them what so ever. No medication given but cough meds. Took my kids to their actual provider following day and both kids needed antibiotics. This Dr didn’t even bother to check them properly just because I told him they both tested positive for Influenza A he said it’s a virus it needs to run its course but didn’t bother to ask about their symptoms. It took us longer to register and get a room than what the Dr took to check them.

From check in, to being called into a room and to be seen by the NP did not take long at all. The nurse and all staff members were very kind and professional. Nurse Toscano took the time to listen to my concerns about my sick child and answered all questions I had. Medications she prescribed for my child are working and she is feeling a lot better. Will definitely return to Apple Urgent Care when needed in the future.

Was very professional I went in with an inner ear, sinus infection, checked inside my ear and my throat. Sometimes I have gone there to urgent care and the doctor doesn’t even wanna come close. I understand with all The contagious people but that is their job. I always wear a mask and so does the doctor he gave me antibiotics today is the second day and I am already feeling much better so I’m very happy and I always choose the urgent care because I’m always treated very well.

Nurse Folley is very nice. I have seen him a few times along with my son's. He is attentive and explains what's going on and shows you what he is writing down on your charts. I think k this is important so there are no mistakes! Thank you for that. The only reason I gave a 4 star is that he is extremely fast. I know he is busy and needs to see a lot of patients, but I think he could slow down a little bit.

These people care about what they do. Since ALL of us have a special God given gift. Everyone in that office behaves as if they're fulfilling God's gift the second you walk through the door. If I were a provider I would send my employees there to learn how to become what a good employee behaves like.

The chairs in the waiting room are so uncomfortable. The reception team could be a little nicer. When you're sick a smile goes a long way. Once I was in the back treatment area ,the staff was professional kind and studious. I didn't have to wait long at all, under 15 minutes I'm sure. The doctor I saw was professional, Thorough and pleasant .

Did that already. Want to know if my X-rays are back and what is the diagnosis? The shot only gave a few hours peace-by morning the pain was back and still sharp whenever the right arm is moved. Linden Batiste PA was amazing. Fast and thorough with examing my elbow pain. Made sure I was comfortable with the after care she recommended and felt better after shot was administered there for pain. Great experience with P.A. Batiste and all staff. Wait time was about 40 mins. Not bad at all.

Very professional and attentive and fully listened to us and answered every question. Very nice sense of humor and made us very comfortable and and quite informed on our issues. Made us welcome and helped us to figure out the next steps in planning next steps and alternatives. We would definitely go back for his care. PAs are well trained. And far more patient than most doctors. We were very relaxed in his office and could talk freely and felt listened to.

Attentive, addressed the health concerns for my child, and prescribed the medicine needed. Not just tylenol.

Receptionist and billing department are not familiar with knowledge of reading insurance cars. I have PPO plan with no co-pay, they still insist that I pay $85 to see the provider. They never connect with my insurance to verify benefits. The provider and nurse was really nice tho.

If I have a choice to come to this Urgent Care or somewhere else it would be this one. The staff were very patient and kind. They are truly caring and try to help you if they can.

The front desk was extremely welcoming and very nice. The male CNA in the back was annoyed, and rude towards my husband, he asked if they can re-take his blood pressure because the first time they checked it, it was high. He responded “we are busy you will have to wait until we see other patients” we are also patients and we payed for our visit. I came in with 2 sick kids a few days later, same customer service. Front desk respectful and very nice, the male CNA in the back same experience he was annoyed I asked any questions, pretty much cut me short, and dismissive. He seems very unhappy in this field and should not be working with sick patients!

I came in with severe lower back pains, told them I want sure if it was my kidneys or something else, doctor never checked me or my back just went straight to prescribing me pain pills.. and to top it off a few hours after my visit I called Walgreens for my prescription and they told me the doctor never sent one in for me.. don't go here.. staff was nice, doctor sucks..

The appointment was very quick and to the point. My only complaint is the doctor didn't explain why I'm sick. Also the prescription that was "sent" was never received by the pharmacy.
