Linden Batiste PA was amazing. Fast and thorough with examing my elbow pain. Made sure I was comfortable with the after care she recommended and felt better after shot was administered there for pain. Great experience with P.A. Batiste and all staff. Wait time was about 40 mins. Not bad at all.

Very professional and attentive and fully listened to us and answered every question. Very nice sense of humor and made us very comfortable and and quite informed on our issues. Made us welcome and helped us to figure out the next steps in planning next steps and alternatives. We would definitely go back for his care. PAs are well trained. And far more patient than most doctors. We were very relaxed in his office and could talk freely and felt listened to.

Attentive, addressed the health concerns for my child, and prescribed the medicine needed. Not just tylenol.

Receptionist and billing department are not familiar with knowledge of reading insurance cars. I have PPO plan with no co-pay, they still insist that I pay $85 to see the provider. They never connect with my insurance to verify benefits. The provider and nurse was really nice tho.

If I have a choice to come to this Urgent Care or somewhere else it would be this one. The staff were very patient and kind. They are truly caring and try to help you if they can.

The front desk was extremely welcoming and very nice. The male CNA in the back was annoyed, and rude towards my husband, he asked if they can re-take his blood pressure because the first time they checked it, it was high. He responded “we are busy you will have to wait until we see other patients” we are also patients and we payed for our visit. I came in with 2 sick kids a few days later, same customer service. Front desk respectful and very nice, the male CNA in the back same experience he was annoyed I asked any questions, pretty much cut me short, and dismissive. He seems very unhappy in this field and should not be working with sick patients!

I came in with severe lower back pains, told them I want sure if it was my kidneys or something else, doctor never checked me or my back just went straight to prescribing me pain pills.. and to top it off a few hours after my visit I called Walgreens for my prescription and they told me the doctor never sent one in for me.. don't go here.. staff was nice, doctor sucks..

The appointment was very quick and to the point. My only complaint is the doctor didn't explain why I'm sick. Also the prescription that was "sent" was never received by the pharmacy.

Exceptional service in and out of there in less then an hour I went in for antibiotics and I got them for my mouth I have three teeth maybe 4 anyways there the best care I received from health care practices I mean these girls are on there thang and when I got to Walgreens my prescription was already there ladies keep up the great work and thank you and the 1 male there the doc thanks to him to I would recommend to everyone thanks Apple staff.

I didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor (I’ve gone to other urgent care facilities and the wait time was at least 2 hours). The doctor knew right away what my condition was and the instructions given for the prescription medication that they gave me was easy to understand.

Worked fast was in & out and very helpful

PA was great and to the point. I was seen in a timely manner. Wish check in was more efficient but it did work. I’ve been to this Urgent Care multiple times with no real issues.

Dr. Igbinosun had a cheerful and uplifting demeanor, making the usually frustrating experience of visiting a medical office much more pleasant. He clearly explained my condition and provided a timely diagnosis. Doctors like him are rare, and he’s truly a treasure wherever he practices.

Ive been there twice, a year apart. The first time was for a severe cold the second time was for a tooth infection and this guy saved my life two times. my blood pressure was high the first time and my blood pressure was high the second time. 230/120. Didn’t know my blood pressure was high until I saw him because I refuse to take my blood pressure medication for months. I didn’t have a headache or any kind of complications. Thank you.

The front staff is so sweet and nice, I for seen quickly, and the provider I seen, he was soooo funny and so kind. He made me feel comfortable and safe, very honest and helped me understand what I needed done for the pain in my arm and wrist. I definitely recommend this urgent care. We need more staff like this everywhere else. I will be coming often when I need help.

My husband was seen in a timely manor. Everyone was friendly and professional. The waiting room and examining rooms were very clean. The doctor was very nice and prescribed the right medicine because my husband is already feeling better.

I highly recommend Apple Urgent Care! It has a qualified medical staff that was able to serve my needs. It was conveniently located and hours exceeded other facilities. It had an efficient patient flow, and they were able to handle a range of common urgent care needs without unnecessary delays. I didn’t wait long to be seen. Staff was very caring and professional. I don’t even want to leave 1 star for this review. I went into Apple urgent care Wednesday, November 20th due to difficulty breathing with a high fever. Did a home test and got flu A result. I have chronic asthma ever since I was a kid so when I get upper respiratory illness it hits me hard. My o2 saturation was at 89% and my chest was extremely tight. When they took my vitals they kept moving the finger tip scanner to different fingers (first my index, then to my middle finger, then to my ring finger) until they got a 95% o2 saturation read. That is cheating!!! When I saw the doctor he asked me a few questions and prescribed my amoxicillin and cough syrup and sent me on my way without even listening to my chest through a stethoscope. No labs either. I ended up going to the ER that same evening and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I will NEVER return to this urgent care facility ever again!

We had an Excellent experience yesterday at Apple urgent care! When we arrived we were called back in less then 5 minutes to see the doctor, the doctor came in , he was warm and friendly ( not to mention funny as well!) We were in and out of there, in less then 30 mins! I Would highly Recommend them to anyone.

It was a good visit all and all. The doctor took the time to read my history. He ultimately referred me to E.R., but knowing where the limits of Urgent Care, the doctor acted quickly, and sought me to get the best medical care that had he could recommend. I appreciated his care while I was under it.

he thinks he knos everything but is very stupid I don't like when doctors try to talk down on there patients. and he didn't even have a solution for my issue smh just over all a mess. he shouldn't be a doctor.

It's always quick here I don't have to sit for hours and hours all day. It may be a small place with small rooms, but the staff have always been nice to me and my son when we come in. The doctor is great he always listens fully to us and gives us the meds and stuff we need to get better and not say one thing in the room and change it later when you go get meds or something like other doctors do. It's small but good place

I came in for a sinus infection.I was expecting a long wait, but that was not the case.I was checked in, vitals checked and seen by the doctor in less than an hour and a half. I was surprised how quickly I was seen and on my way home.Much better turn around than usual.

I was very satisfied with the office staff and the doctor. I was a walk in and there was no wait time. The front desk, nurse and doctor were very professional and the doctor was straight forward and honest and took time out to talk to me. Older facility but very clean.

I was in and out in 30 minutes

Wonderful care of patients and concerns. I was seen by a very caring nurse first who took all my vitals right away. Then doctor came in and accessed my problems and after he asked all the necessary questions, informed me the needed medications would be submitted to my pharmacy within 5 minutes and within 5 minutes I received a text from my pharmacy informing me the medications were being prepared. I went to wash my hands and with in that time my note for work had always been prepared. I was seen and treated within 15 minutes and it wasn’t a rushed job. Just efficient and they showed they care about their patients.

Great personel, the dr and staff had the best attendence and quickest service I have gotted. The best urgent care in town. I highly recommend this place.

I stopped going to other urgent cares cause I was there for hours. And when you’re not feeling well you just want to be in and out. And Apple urgent care is just like that. They’re very friendly and you’re in and out in usually less than 1 hour. This is my first choice for urgent cares. Totally recommend.

Sassy attitude about why I haven’t seen my PCP. Refused to refill a mouth wash. Asked for a medicine I’ve had for years & denies it because she feels it’s counter productive. She doesn’t understand that not all side effects are guaranteed which is something I feel they should to teach at school. Wouldn’t be my first bad experience with her either but lesson learned. If I ever go back to Apple Urgent care I’ll have to confirm she won’t be my doctor as anyone else would do.

First time being at Apple urgent care the customer service was awesome and I’m going to make that my new urgent care for now on.

Receptionist nurses and doctor were all nice friendly and very professional. I went in on a Sunday and the service was so fast and efficient. I only took a star away due to the interior of the building. Wish it was nicer looking. Uncomfortable inexpensive chairs and peeling paint. Obviously the care was the most important but atheistics matter as well.

The doctor was nice but the two ghetto girls in the front were super rude to myself and everyone that was coming in. Very unprofessional and rude people go in there seeking for medical attention not attitude from anyone that’s the least thing people who are sick or ill need. These staff need to take some customer service training and be more professional especially considering the people they’re working with.
